Billing Specialist for EU Shared Service Center

- Economic or Accounting University graduate
- Accounting experience in Billing and Account Receivable for more than 1 years (mandatory)
- Knowledge of English language; (Mandatory)
- In addition, Knowledge of Spanish, Italian or any other European Language a plus
-Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point).
-Mature, stable, result oriented, honest and active person with open mind;
-Good Communication skills and patient
-Good team player.

-In charge of Billing schedule maintenance
-Invoice billing management (invoice application, approval and invoice acknowledgement)
-Introducing invoice process to other related department
-Monitoring the billing process operation to ensure the KPI Index (timeliness rate and accuracy rate) can be reached
-Reporting the invoice process operation status to HQ periodically.
