Sales & Finance Assistant

Good English is required, spoken and written. Economical knowledge is a must. Experience from administration/project management is an advantage. General knowledge about internet campaign and sales management is helpful. High familiarity with computers (Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

In cooperation with the sales team in Bucharest and London, the Sales and Finance Assistant will manage invoicing, collection of payments and posting the payments in our accounting system. He/she will also help run our advertising campaign overview and do campaign / traffic reports to the management of BetBrain and to our advertising partners. He/she will coordinate with the sales team in keeping good relations with our international partners, will do some online marketing tasks and manage advertising campaigns of clients. The position also includes running the day to day contact to our long term partners and gather the revenue reports from them on which invoicing is based. There is thus a large element of sales administration in the job.
