| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Ideal candidates will have experience of working within one fo the following roles within a hotel environment:
Housekeeping Supervisor
Customer Service Representative
Pool & Fitness Supervisor
All candidates will have superior communication and client-service skills with the ability to speak with all nationalities in an open and well mannered way. Your previous hotel experience will stand you in pole position for is amazing opportunity. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
As House Keeping Supervisor you will ensure the appearance of the rooms is maintained to a 5 x star hotel level, via your team of support staff. You will have previous experience of working in a similar position and be able to efficiently manage stock levels, large teams and communication flow between your department and others.
As Client Service representative, you will support all clients in resolving issues relating to the hotel or their individual visit, whether that be advising them on hotel facilities or organising trip, you are representating the hotel at all times and must constantly offer the best service possible.
The Pool & Fitness Supervisor will work within the relaxation and fitness area, ensuring the gym and pool areas are running efficiently, guests are being monitored and facilities are working as they should be.
