Financial Controller- wellknown tobacco company- urgently required!

On behalf of our client, a wellknown international tobacco company, we are looking for a highly responsible, ambitious, proactive professional, to fill the position of Financial Controller/ Deputy Finance Manager. The ideal candidate should posses:
- University degree in Economics;
- Strong knowledge of IAS reporting - 2 years experience minimum;
- Strong knowledge of RAS reporting - 4 years experience minimum;
- Strong knowledge of fiscality - Fiscal Code, especially Excise Duty Chapter, if possible;
- Strong knowledge of business English;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Team spirit, orientation towards details, ability of working against tight deadlines.

His/ her responsibilities would be:
- Supervision of the trial balance, half yearly basis balance sheet+P&L; yearly basis balance
sheet+P&L;
- Monthly reports to the local authorities, as well as Ministry of Finance;
- Assisting in developing budgets;
- Cash Flow forecast;
- Checking on suppliers invoices from fiscal and contractual point of view; tracking on incoming and outgoing payments; contracts checking;
- Supervision of the accounting booking (petty cash, bank accounts; suppliers; incomes, expenses).
