Candidatul Ideal
At least 1 year of previous experience in a sales support role or customer service role, preferably in the software/Saas/IT industry.
Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with customers and colleagues.
Detailed oriented, excellent planning skills.
Nice to have:

Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Pipedrive).

IntelligentBee is looking for an enthusiastic, and successful Sales Assistant to join our B2B sales growing team! In this role, you will spend your day performing support duties to the sales team.
DETAILS
Provide administrative support to the sales team, and prepare sales-related documents and reports.
Respond to customer inquiries, providing information about products, services, pricing, and availability.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries (e.g. RFP, reports etc.).
Process sales orders and invoices accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels using CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
