CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

•University degree or relevant education (engineer degree is a plus)
•Experience in the field of construction management
•Very Good knowledge of English
•PC literacy(Microsoft Office)
•Flexibility and dynamic approach
•Leadership skills
•Previous working experience in an international business is a plus


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

•Document control and co-ordination of all Project and technical information;
•Ensure up-to-date records are kept of all documents received;
•Set up and maintain efficient central filing system;
•Ensure the timely issue of all documents to internal and external project stakeholders;
•Manage the filing of documents;
•Log and file the Request for Information requests forms, Material approval forms and answers from the relevant parties
•Site office administration
•Produce reports on the status of a.m. documentation as required by the project team
