Associate Service Administrator - 9 months

We are looking for a Associate Service Administrator - 9 Months, based in our office within Cluj-Napoca, Cluj, who will be primarily responsible to offer administrative support for Emerson Process Management SYSS Sales Service and Operations teams and locations across Europe with regards to various types of orders placed by customers.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Logging all customers orders into CRM following the SYSS Sales Management guidelines;
* Taking ownership for customer orders received against quotations and verify them for accuracy;
* Check all Compliance, Checkpoint and Commercial data on purchase order according to European SYSS Standards.
* Raising any queries to customer/relevant department;
* Entering orders into the sales order processing systems ensuring all data is checked and accurate;
* Ensuring that the factory items have been scheduled for shipping, internal orders are placed by the purchasing department;

For This Role, You Will Need:
* University degree;
* English – advanced level;
* Good communication and teamwork skills;
* Good PC skills: MsOffice Package (especially Excel), Outlook;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Previous experience in a similar position is an advantage;
* Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems is an advantage;
