To join our team you should be a bar member, fully-qualified attorney. You should have solid theoretical and practical knowledge of commercial and corporate law. Experience in dispute resolution&litigation is a must. Also, you should have expertise in merger&acquisition and corporate maintenance projects.

You should be a team player, and a result-oriented person. Also, you should be a dynamic and pro-active person, having excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to focus on details and in the same time able to keep the general picture in mind. Given the amount of work you should be available for long working hours.

Attorney responsible with:
- dispute resolutions, litigation;
- commercial,corporate maintenance,
- merger&acquisition;
- legislative research and up-dates;
- commercial and civil contracts preparation;
- procedures with the Trade Registry, notary public offices, local public authorities;
- legal support for the real-estate department of the firm;
