HUMAN RESOURCES Manager based in PLOIESTI
Requirements:
-Several years of experience in Human Resources
-Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel compensation and benefits
-Basic understanding of business organization
-Experience and skills in management
-Good computer skills
-Fluency in both written and spoken English
-Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusting relationships externally and internally
-Strong personality and able to work independently
Responsibilities:
-Responsible for all aspects of recruitments, HR administration (contracts registration, payroll, legal requirements), remuneration, employment law, HR related tax and social securities regulations
-HR support to employees, by developing strong communication on HR internal policies
-Determines and approves company compensation and benefit plans
-Embeds company human resources policies and develops supporting procedures
