| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Data Validation Position
Outbound calls to validate database information (hotels, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) in UK and in Western European countries
Telesales Position
Outbound calls to the UK to sell over the phone services, addressed mainly to residential customers (e.g. telephony services, car insurances, mortgages, etc.);
Our perfect candidate is a student or young college graduate, with perfect fluency in English. Previous English language Telesales experience or equivalent is required for the Telesales role. Good computer skills (computer literate), but not a computing specialist. Good phone skills and conversational skillsFluency in French, German, Italian or Spanish is considered a plus (mainly for the Data Validation role).

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Job description:
- Work hours: 11:00-19:00 (8h) for the Data Validation role and 18:00-23:00 (5h) for the Telesales role. Combined Telesales & Data Validation roles are possible.
- Data Validation: Outbound calls to validate database information (hotels, restaurants, gas stations, etc.) in UK and in Western European countries;
- Telesales: Outbound calls to the UK to sell over the phone services, addressed mainly to residential customers (e.g. telephony services, car insurances, mortgages, etc.);
- Start-up training is provided to the new employee for phone calls handling based on call-assistance scripting.
