Young student or college graduate, with good command of English AND at least of one of the following: German, Spanish, Italian, French. Good computer skills (computer literate), but not a computing specialist. Good phone and conversational skills. Call Centre, Customer Service or equivalent experience is an advantage but not a must. | RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Positions available:
1. Full-time, day, 5 days/week, base salary: 200 Euro*
2. Part-time, day, week-end-only, base salary: 100 Euro*
3. Full-time, night, 5 days/week, base salary: 400 Euro*
* Performance-based bonus applicable
Day shifts: (1) 08:00-16:00, (2) 16:00-24:00
Night shift: (3) 00:00-08:00
Job Description:
- Handle Western Europe-originated calls in one of the most modern Call Centres in Bucharest.
- Start-up training is provided to the new employee for phone calls handling based on call-assistance scripting.
