CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Education: University degree in Finance/Master’s Degree or adequate expertise and training. Accountancy Qualification preferable but not mandatory.

Experience: At least one year experience working in similar managerial position in the Public or Private Sector.

  • Must know Basic Employment Law

  • Excellent time management and planning skills

  • Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with employees at middle management levels.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The Financial Coordinator is responsible for the commercial operations of the growing business. He/She is responsible with ensuring all reporting and forecasting requirements are met and maintaining the key relationships with the bank, auditors and key suppliers.

Main responsibilities

  • monitor the performance of the firm, flow of funds, the adherence to the budget, the expenditures, the income, the cost of sales and other budgetary items for all companies in the group (three companies)

  • financial planning and record-keeping

  • Oversee business development activities.

  • Delivery of agreed quarterly objectives

  • Identifying and managing financial risks.

  • Communicating financial performance and forecasts.
