Submission Specialist

The ideal candidate should fit the job requirments as well as AMA's organizational culture.

Main responsibilities:

- Prepares the application package in electronic format.
- Manages and updates the internal tools based on previous training sessions.
- Creates the afferent marketing materials (screenshots, presentation trailers) needed for the application’s delivery.
- Very good computer skills: Windows, MS Office, FTP clients (Adobe Photoshop will be a plus).


Job requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- A very organized person
- Ability to work fast on the computer and capacity to understand the functionality of a new tool
- University graduate
