| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Project Management background or Purchasing background (2-5 years of experience)
• Technical knowledges in at least one of the following fields of activity: civil constructions,
electrotechnics, energetics, automatics, computers, telecommunications
• Ability to work in cross-functional team, strong collaboration presence
• Pro-active attitude and autonomous, efficient decision maker
• Good communication skills, enjoy contact with people
• Be customer and results oriented, determined
• Good knowledge of the market
• Fluency in English

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The person will be responsible for tendering and deployment phases for complex projects in ISD (integrated services division):
• Creates the interface and provides to bid manager competitive costs and commercial conditions for third party products and installations services.
• Prepares and maintains Purchasing Plan (suppliers selection, costs, dates supply, commercial conditions, etc) and insures that the project is developed with the preferred suppliers and the preferred technologies.
• Negotiates Materials and Services specific to the project and manages functionally Local and CPS buyers for recurrent and common commodities.
• Coordinates all purchasing activities in order to minimize inventory, to the make the follow-up and to optimize the purchasing and delivery schedules and to assess the profitability along the Project life cycle.
• Establishes and develops the connection with the Financial Controller for preparing and maintaining an annual Purchasing Budget.
The candidate will be located in Timisoara or Bucharest and will report operationally to the ISD Manager and functionally to the ISD Purchasing Director and the Local Purchasing Department.
