| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-Technical University Degree
-3 years experience developing real time C++ and Java software programs, preferably in a Unix environment.
-Project management expereince
-Excellent communications, debug and testing skills.
-Knowledge of design patterns, XML, and UML
-Knowledge of network protocols (UDP/IP, TCP/IP) and socket programming.
-Knowledge of streaming protocols (RTSP, RTP, 3GPP), wireless technologies, audio and video codecs is a plus.
-Working knowledge of tools/techniques ClearCase, ClearQuest, Eclipse, Ant, JTest, Java IDEs, C++ IDEs, etc.
-English - advanced level |

Design and develop C++ and Java real time software for Alcatel's next generation multimedia server and products. Design will include use of the latest development tools and technologies.
