• Gives support, offers information, and deals with the problems of customers.
• Keeps strict confidentiality of all operations and discussions with clients.
• Registers the orders, issues the invoices, tracks the orders, checks if the payments are done by the clients, archives all documents related to this process
• Calculates bonuses for clients
• Achievement and maintenance of customer satisfaction measure performance.
