CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Requirements:
University degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
Fluency in English.
At least 7 years of professional experience in the field of road transport infrastructures. International professional experience in design of road safety measures.
Experience of the Project management.

RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Full time job for 9-11 months in Romania beginning in December2006/ January 2007
Tasks:
1. Co-ordination of Consultant' team and ensure overall quality and conformity of the services/activities.
2. Liaison with stakeholders.
3. Active participation in the various road safety activities.
4. Delegate duties, as appropriate, to other Experts.
5. Manage the educational campaign contracting and implementation.

DESCRIEREA COMPANIEI:
We are a Spanish experienced company on Engineering and Consultancy participating on international projects. We are currently searching for three experts in order for them to integrate a Technical Assistance project on road safety in Romania financed through the PHARE instrument, for which we have been shortlisted.
