Buyer - Sibiu

• A degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering with an economic focus or a degree in Economics with a technical focus.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skill in English.
• Experience in applying common software applications, such as MS-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.
• Work experience in an international environment is beneficial, but not required.
• You are a highly energetic and assertive person, not afraid of challenges.
• You are self-motivated, able to work in a team environment and capable of taking on operational responsibility quickly.
• Flexibility, initiative and the ability to work under pressure are essential.

• You actively participate in negotiations with suppliers and establish and maintain supply contracts.
• You follow and respond to changing market price trends and availability of materials and services.
• You monitor supplier performance and advise management of concerns.
• You manage and execute supplier issues, including Engineering change management, contract maintenance, parts availability, Quality and Launch support.
• After you have gained professional experience, you will be required to present your results in front of international audiences in English language.
