| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
For our client, an international leader in communication and mobility, we are looking for a Planning and Logistics Manager.
Overall requirements:
- Proven professional management, with the ability to motivate and lead at least 20+ team across multiple shifts;
- Good communication skills in English (written and oral);
- High volume (thousands per day) pick, pack & ship manufacturing experience;
- Experience in lean manufacturing, stock management and quality management systems;
- SAP R/3 system experience. |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Main responsibilities:
Plans the resourcing and hires the people for the material control team within the supply operations team. Plans their professional development.
- Material movements overview (after inbound and before shipping);
- Ensuring production lines are efficiently stocked for production;
- Planning material flow for new products or processes;
- Indicates what is the right amount of internal and external resources;
- Sets targets and challenges for the team members;
- Leads, coaches and supports team members according to the company's values;
- Makes recommendations for compensations and benefits;
- Evaluate the performance of the team. |
