Quality Report Order Manager - French

University degree - Techical studies, Accountancy, Finance
Experience - 2-4 years in Quality Order Management
Strong working knowledge of Dealer Network
Technical and enginrangesskills
Good knowledge and understanding of Price lists, Order Fulfillment process
Knowledge of product ranges from an installation perspective and perfect understanding of assembly instructions, price lists and other product manuals
French - advanced level
English - advanced level
German - good level
Very good knowledge of the international business environment
Working knowledge of SAP, Avaya, MS Office
Ability to solve problems and to work with deadlines
Good organizational, interpersonal and negociation skills
Customer oriented and team player

Assess and process Quality Report Orders received from dealers or Direct Customers to enable successful completion of furniture installations and successful warranty and after sales repairs
Analyse the QR orders received, register and process them in SAP
In simple cases offer quick and efficient solutions and order lines (including correct pricing, review of shipping routes and special transports, negociations of the lead time with the plants)
Work as liaison between Dealers, Sales, Specials, Factories, Logistics and Transport
Providing reliable Customer Service support
Send complex cases to other departments
