| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
-University Degree: Communication and Public Relations, Letters, Journalism or Foreign Languages
-Experience: 2-3 years in the communication field: advertising or PR Agency, Journalism
-Proficient in news writing, online writing and editing
-Be a quick learner, proactive, flexible, detail and deadline oriented
-Good communication and interaction skills
-English: advanced level (both written and spoken)
-Ability to cope with a variety of duties and responsibilities
-Very organized and structured person
-Strong analytical skills |
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
-Draw up the structure of the company’s magazine and edit the articles
-Create written materials (advertorials, memos, press releases, content for different brochures, Internal Newsletter, surveys) in compliance with the Corporate Communication Guidelines
-Prepares presentations and reports according to communication department needs
-Collect all the necessary information for the magazine and respect the dead line for issuing it
-Coordinates third parties collaborators for the magazine (art director, translator)
-Insure the distribution of the magazine, collect and analyse feedback
-Provides assistance to Communication Manager and Web Manager on a regular basis
-Weekly status reports |
