Accounts Receivable Specialist (2 years)

As the Accounts Receivable Specialist you will assist in the management of Accounts Receivable processes and procedures. The role will support the business by completing Accounts Receivable related tasks, as per the below responsibilities!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Produce accurate Accounts Receivable reporting requirements on a monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc basis 

• Work with the European sites in the design and formatting of reports to meet business requirements and improve efficiency on delivery of reporting 

• Analysis and reconciliation of integrity of data in reports to ensure accuracy in reporting information 

• Conduct month end reconciliations, aged debt analysis reporting & collection targeting 

• Provide support to collection activities when requested 

• Work well with all internal and external customers in a professional and courteous manner. 

• Undertake any other activities as required by management in the operation the AR function

• Contact person for initiating and follow-up customer specific matters internally (with Customer Service and Sales) and externally (with Credit Insurance company, Bank)

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Extensive Accounts Receivable experience within a large European/Global corporate organization is desirable
* Ability to communicate at all levels within the business
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
* Ability to run time and work to tight deadlines with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 
* Business systems to include Oracle / SAP / Syteline / JDE / Microsoft Office 
* Fluent English essential (alternate European language would be an advantage)
