Accounts Payable Specialist with Russian (T&E)

As an Accounts Payable Specialist with Russian (T&E) you will be responsible for auditing employee expenses for Emerson European locations, following Standard Accounting Policies and Procedures.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Performs in a timely manner regular finance audits on iExpense reports including gathering information and verifying accuracy; check if the TAX Codes are accurately applied for countries that are deducting the VAT;
* Import expenses in SAP for sites in SAP;
* Contact the employees for expense corrections if needed (by e-mail/teams/meetings);
* Distribute weekly and monthly Key Performance Indicators on iExpense submissions; solve payment related inquires (bank account missing, expenses imported after payment run, errors when importing expense reports, etc);
* Maintain DOA for all European countries; Maintain iExpense templates in line with local country requirements – items, tax, accounting, per diems, mileage;
* Updating manually specific information in Oracle if the information is not automatically interfaced in Oracle;
* Provide trainings and support on iExpense for European users;
* Provides supporting documentation for internal/external audits.

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance;
* Previous experience of 1-2 years in accounting;
* Proficiency in Russian (written and spoken) and English (written and spoken);
* PC experience (Microsoft Office).

* Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills in support of organizational change;
