Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, as required, to produce reports, action plans, presentations and simple project plan

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
The Service Control Analyst is responsabile for Service Control, Escalations, Issue and Problem Management, Change Management for a specific outsourcing project.
Key responsibilities may include:
Monitor processes to ensure that they are consistently applied
Liaise with Team leads to gain an insight into operational and contractual performance results and the reasons for any deficiencies
Support the operational team on performance results, trending and analysis, risk identification
Take a controlling role in Problem and Issue management where required
