Network Analyst

2+ years of experience in all of the following:
- IT support
- TCP/IP and other networking protocols (UDP, ICMP, IPSec, GRE, SSH, SMTP, HTTP, FTP)
- Networking concepts and components (DNS, DHCP, NAT, Firewall, Switches, Routers)
- Data communication technology (Leased Line, Ethernet)
- Experience in ITIL
- Cisco routers and switches
- Avaya Voice system
- CCNA or above is a plus
- Good knowledge of CISCO PIX
- Advanced knowledge of English is essential

The candidate will provide operational support to local network and voice infrastructure.
Network infrastructure includes Cisco routers, Cisco PIX firewalls, Juniper Netscreen Firewalls, Packeteer PacketShaper.
Voice Infrastructure consists in Avaya PBX, Media Gateways, CMS, Audix Voice Mail.
Candidate will have good understanding of network protocols and IP connectivity.
Implementation of changes following company standard and with support from the global teams.
Active participation in network infrastructure capacity planning.
Ensuring effective utilization of the network resources.
