| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Key responsibilities:
Achieve sales targets providing information on EIP/ LOC to existing
Credit Card Perfect Owners
Achieve sales targets providing information to potential clients (for card Perfect and Card Perfect Life
Ensuring cases assigned are completed within TAT.
Maintaining individual MIS as per the approved format.
Restricting errors as per KPIs (productivity, availability, call handling, on time arrival to meetings).
Conducting feedback/discussions with Team Manager on a daily basis to resolve/structure process/policy improvements for processes.
Ensure satisfactory levels of customer services.
