AbCRO Inc. is an American owned and managed Clinical Research Organization (CRO) operating in Southeastern Europe which provides clinical trial services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies.
For our Bucharest office we are looking for highly motivated candidates for the position of HR Assistant to ensure the smooth running of the administration within the HR department and assist the HR Manager in any given task.
Key areas:
Maintaining training records of the staff, recruitment and administration for starters and leavers, assisting in disciplinary procedures, administration of company benefits, giving advice to all employees as and when needed, and various HR tasks as required.
A strong level of confidentiality is required for this role.
Requirements:
* At least Bachelor degree
* Microsoft office proficiency and excellent English
* Excellent written and communication skills
* Must be people-friendly, dependable.
* Previous experience is a must.
