Financial Reporting Officer

- Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
- Very good knowledge of SAP
- Fluency in English
- Experience in financial international reporting

Our Client has started its activity in Romania, in the field of fuels and lubricants trade in 1998. In 1999 took place the launching of the first gas station and at present, our Client has already opened in Romania over 70 gas stations.Our Client aims to make important investments in Romania (160 million US$), so that within the next 5 years he will have over 100 functional gas stations

The main responsabilities of the vacancy are:
- Hyperion reporting quarterly according to the group schedule and F&S Manager approvals
- Responsible for the monthly calculation of the company liquidity and cash flow according to the group policy and F&S Manager approvals
- Responsible for the weekly calculation of the company cash flow according to the local form.
- Responsible to send the balance confirmation to the group customers and suppliers monthly.
- Responsible for working capital: monthly overdue invoices of suppliers and calculating the number of outstanding days for customers
- Responsible to post the company group invoices
- Responsible to post all accruals for company group.
- Responsible for supervising of the: Fixed assets, payroll postings, cash and banks, monthly reports-TM (management reporting) , marketing expenses posting, deferred expenses, local taxes and environmental fund calculation and posting, open items, SAP clearing.
- Taking part at other works requested by the coordinating head.
- Taking part at other works for audit and fiscal controls.
- Keeping the confidentiality of information’s.
