| CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
We are a leading German automotive supplier and for our Romanian subsidiary in Bucharest we are currently looking for a Sales Manager.
Requirements:
• Commercial or technical university degree
• At least 3 years of experience & proven success in the sales of technical products
• Good technical understanding, affinity to technical products
• Good sense of business & negotiation skills
• Excellent communication & networking skills
• Advanced knowledge of English (verbal & written), German is a plus
• Independent work style, spirit of initiative
• Well organised, able to set priorities
• Ready to travel on business purpose, driving licence B
• Good PC skills
| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsabilities:
• Sell the company’s products through different B2B sales channels (dealers, importers, etc.)
• Maintain and enlarge the customer base
• Develop and apply a specific approach for each (potential) customer
• Propose customized product solutions, including technical consulting
• Make and follow up on commercial offers
• Assure customers’ payments in due time
• Reach the agreed sales target
• Regularly obtain relevant information on the competitors’ actions and products on the market
• Verbal and written communication within the company’s international organisation (English or German)
