Requirements:
- University degree in Accounting / Finance
- MBA certificate
- Experience minimum 5 years on a similar position
- PS Skills (Windows, MS Office, ERP)

| RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Responsibilities :
- Management of planning & control within the corporate strategy for Alewijnse Retec Romenia (= 'Business Unit')
- Management of financial processes: a.o. cost control, cash management, finance, risk management, financial administration, tax. This all in line with corporate policies
- Fullfilment of Group requirements like financial reporting, sharing information and cooperation with the international controlling team
- Development and maintanence of the information management structure and ICT methods and tools within the corporate ICT strategy
- Development of the procurement policy within the corporate strategy
- Management and implementation of Business Unit planning and budgeting
- Implementation of the corporate ICT strategy
- Implementation of information strategy
- Implementation of the procurement strategy
- Management of budgeting and control proces and reports within the Business Unit
- Montoring and analysis of financial results of the Business Unit and projects and reporting about deviations
- Monitoring and identification of potential risks involved with quotations and propose actions
- Monitoring and identification of potential risks involved with other business and financial risks and propose and implement actions
- Monitoring and controlling the cash flow of the Business Unit
- Provision of analyses and financial advice, concerning financial reports, trends and developments to the general Manager and other Management Team members
- Management of income tax statements
- Management of banking, and insurances issues
- Development, maintenance and support of the ERP system, related applications and for reports
- Implementation of information management processes and structure
- Analysis of information and reporting needs and processes and evaluation of use of management information
- Receivement and analysis of customer (change) requests about information and reporting, and prioritize requests
- Planning the (re)building making functional and technical design, testing and delivery of reports
- Development and management of Procurement
- Leading the Finance, ICT and Procurement staff in line with the human resource best practices
- Development and collection of knowledge concerning own expertise and sharing this
