CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

• Fluent in English and another international language as: German, Spanish or French;
• Has excellent troubleshooting capability;
• Previous customer care experience is considered an advantage;
• Process and procedure oriented;
• Strong written and oral communication skills;
• Team player, self motivated, organized, detail oriented and able to handle changing priorities;
• Able to communicate problems/issues to customers; maintains customer focus;
• Takes prompt action to accomplish objectives;
• Maintains stable performance under pressure.


RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:

The Helpdesk Technician handles outbound and inbound calls from our customers and provides them additional email support in order to troubleshoot problems and assists them with their inquiries.
The Helpdesk Technician must work in a timely and efficient manner while ensuring attendance, quality and customer service.

Primary responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and log all customer questions and issues accurately and efficiently into ticketing system;
• Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user issues;
• Assist with special project work as needed;
• Escalate problems to the next level of support when necessary;
• Consistently meet or exceed requirement performance criteria.
