Customer Service Representative - Turkish speaking

- Good knowledge of English and Turkish

- Previous experience in international CS/logistics for at least 2 years

- Focus, achiever, discipline, Teamwork, flexibility, inclusiveness, ethics and trust

- Organize a timely response to written orders, including entering orders, orders confirmation, product availability, invoicing – interfacing with Warehouse.

- Perform daily CS activity in compliance with the Operations working instructions and procedures.

- Send customers open orders reports when requested.

- Receive, manage and solve customers complaints

- Support RAQA Team with quality issues related to product recalls, product holds, PER’s and any other quality related matter

- Assist during audits by collecting requested documents and forwarding them to the Management within the requested deadline

- Assist with after-sales care, including organization of repair shipments or replacements in close cooperation with Technical Service.

- Keep control on customer payment terms with Finance to ensure shipments are being performed according to the requested conditions

-Management of demo orders and related shipment in coordination with Sales and Marketing Team
