APPLICATIONS TEAM LEADER

• Degree in Electronics, Automatics or Electrical Engineering;
• Minimum of 7 years of prior experience with C and assembly level programming 8-bit micro controllers is required;
• A strong technical foundation, including 8-bit embedded microcontroller hardware development, device debugging and software experience is a must;
• Prior work experience and knowledge of embedded hardware circuit development and circuit debugging is required;
• Additionally, embedded experience in areas of analog design, power supply and lighting designs is preferred;
• Candidate must have 3+ years of project management and team leadership experience;
• Dynamic and positive person;
• Inclined towards a participative management style (not directive);
• Inclined towards an entrepreneurial, results-oriented style;
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English;

The Applications Team is responsible to generating collateral material for new 8-bit micro controller that include, but is not limited to Application Notes, Reference Designs, Users Guides, Development kits, and Technical briefs. Team's responsibilities also include the testing and functional bench validation of 8-bit micro controller devices.

• Manage, direct, and coach Applications Engineering team in support of 8-bit product family development;
• Develop and deliver product line technical collateral material, such as data sheets, product briefs, programming specification, webinars, training material, application notes and other documentation;
• Manage and coordinate function bench-level silicon device validation;
• Developing and presenting technical training to customers, FAEs, CAEs and field sales for newly developed demo boards, reference designs, application notes and application libraries;
• Travel to meet with customers and remote technical centers, create technical presentations and provide technical support for 8-bit PIC microcontroller products;
