Candidatul Ideal
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Quality Assurance, Educational Training, or a related field;
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. Knowledge of Serbian or other languages is advantageous;
- Relevant certifications in quality assurance, training, or leadership (ISO, Certified Trainer, etc.) are beneficial;
- Extensive experience in quality assurance and training, with a significant duration in leadership positions;
- Proven track record in overseeing QC and training departments, ideally in the iGaming industry or similar sectors;
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements;
- Ability to inspire and motivate teams to strive for excellence in quality and training;
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing cross-functional teams and diverse projects;
- Effective strategic planning and organizational abilities;
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and adeptness in addressing complex quality and training challenges.

They're opening a brand-new online casino in Belgrade and are currently seeking for: Head of Quality Control and Training (NEW Online Casino)
The role of Head of Quality Control and Training is located in Belgrade, and the company can offer assistance with relocation if needed.
Main responsibilities:
- Supervise QC and Training departments, delegating tasks based on complexity and required skill levels.
- Enhance operational efficiency by overseeing effective training plans and fostering a culture of continuous capability improvement.
- Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Monitor objectives and activities of QC Manager and Training Manager.
- Ensure team efforts align with approved Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide feedback, conduct general and individual meetings, and manage departmental expenses within budget.
- Review and approve reports for management submission.
- Collaborate effectively with management and HR teams.
- Conduct interviews, hire, train, and oversee the performance of QC and Training staff.
