More than 250 of our XPErts help our clients in different phases of the development process of a drug/medical device or product. The sectors include Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical devices, Agri-food Industries and the Healthcare & CRO environment.

The Pharma & Science industry is evolving rapidly. At XPE we understood that being ready for the future is a strategic process that we already started years ago and that we are continuously reshaping. Making our clients successful is one of our main drivers. Therefore we surround ourselves with a team of driven experts, both internally and externally. Our role is not solely to support, but to advise.

To reflect our clear vision of the future we decided to entirely refresh our brand. This was not only translated into a new logo and a new style. We also welcomed a brand new website where online candidate community building is one of our main assets.

The ‘refreshed’ XPE Pharma & Science brand was successfully introduced to our clients and candidates in May 2015. The launch event was kicked off by Nico Reeskens, country Head Adecco Group Belgium. Henk Joos, Managing Director of FlandersBio, symbolized our vision of the future through his keynote about “Novel health solutions for patients and consumers.
