Key objectives
• Increase brand awareness
• Stimulate, build and inspire customer and consumer engagement
• Drive new business leads and sales
• To deliver internal/external marketing activity reports.
• To develop and communicate a consistent brand policy.
• To drive targeted traffic to our website and social media channels

Day to day responsibilities will include but not limited:
• Improving customer engagement through use of effective digital marketing campaigns
• Development and management of the social media plans and campaigns for the business
• Working to really enhance and improve the website and updating content regularly• Tracking the efficacy and success of all marketing campaigns
• Carrying out market research and competitor analysis
• Provide management with reports on sales and digital marketing performance
• Contributing new and creative ideas on ways to grow and develop the business in line with the wider business development plans
• Liaise closely with the other sales team on any leads, or prospects gained from marketing campaigns
• Working to enhance the customer experience and support the business’s strategic decisions

• Ability to drive business recommendations via analytics, plus a passion for data quality and insights

• Ability to operate in fast paced environment
 

Skills & Requirements

• A Business related degree or relevant experience (transferable skills).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and team player skills with an ability to communicate at all levels, both internally and externally.
• The successful candidate will be a dedicated self-starter with a driven, pro-active and forward-thinking approach. The role requires a strong team player who thrives in a varied, challenging and rewarding role.
