New production of 239 rental apartments and tenant ownerships in Linköping Sweden. Site start autumn 2014. The project name is Övre Vasastaden in Linköping.

New production of 12 townhouses in Hjulsbro outside of Linköping Sweden. Site start fall 2014. 

Production of a new hotel with 150 rooms combined with company apartments in Älvsjö, Stockholm Sweden. Site start autumn 2014. The project name is Älvsjö Station.
