● Proficiency in spoken and written English
● Familiar with (or good understanding of similar technologies – minimum 1 year experience per technologies) at least of 3 of the following:
o Microsoft Windows Server (2008 Ror Linux (Centos and RedHat)
o Microsoft IISApache
o Microsoft SQL Server
o Monitoring tools and principles
o Microsoft Powershell
● Good understanding of IT processes (Incident and Problem management, Change management) - ITIL Foundation certified will be a plus.
● Incident management and resolution following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
● Alert management from automated systems
● Manage escalation of issues to various Global teams and ensure resolution is reached
● Monitoring the environments in our portfolio, deploy application(s) and patch updates to development, QA and production environments following published Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
● Participate in continuous improvement internal processes for the activities in our portfolio
● Interface with the internal clients/customers
● Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting for the Global application in our portfolio
