WMS Application Specialist

• Experience in a similar role (operational, process-oriented) - minimum 1 years
• Experience in Logistics / Warehousing - minimum 1 years
• Key User - position and IT backgorund - advantage,
• Very good knowledge of English
• Orientation towards continuous development and results
• Warehouse apps knowledge
• Proactive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Able to provide support to WMS users

• Provide first/second level of support for all warehouses users in order to resolve all issues in system applications
• Provide training ( Infolog, Reflex, Netquest) for all warehouses users
• Responsable to configure all portfolio apps with the agreed process design
• Responsible to perform upgrade testing, with provided testing methodology, and ensure that all configuration can be applied to productive environments
• Analysis, optimization and improvement of operational processes within the company
