We are looking for a highly motivated Product Owner / Project Manager who will work collaboratively with internal teams to implement the strategy of multiple digital projects (classifieds websites, data processing application using Machine Learning, Cloud Services, Image Recognition, NLP etc.).
You will be working with local and remote scrum teams with the objective of delivering business value and meeting the goals of the project.
You will be the proxy between all stakeholders of the project, facilitating a smooth and effective product development process.
Product Owner requirements and qualifications
EXPERT COMMUNICATOR - with clients and team members to achieve a shared understanding. You don’t have to know all the answers - you just have to be able to find them.
EXPERT PRIORITIZER - You will be responsible for 2-3 projects at a time, and it's important to understand team priorities as well as your own.
HIGHLY PROFICIENT PROJECT MANAGER - Though we use Scrum, there are many tools and skills of more traditional project management that help support a project's success. Being able to understand how to use the broad resources of project management differently for each project is a key value for success.
PROFICIENT IN TECH - You don't have to be a developer, but you do have to be able to communicate effectively with them. You should be able to support or lead exercises to help the client determine the key features of their product (site, app, etc.). They should then take those features, turn them into actionable stories to be fleshed out with the help of the team.
Previous working experience as a Product Owner for at least 3 year(s)
BSc in Computer Science, Engineering or similar relevant field
In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles
Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle
Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills

As a product owner / project manager you will have the following duties and responsibilities:
Be the primary resource for questions about the details of the projects through interaction with internal resources, customers and stakeholders to understand business processes and requirements.
Proactively manage and prioritize a backlog according to business value, complexity, and expectations.
Develop features into users stories that are granular enough for a sprint, convey the goals and vision of each sprint.
Create mockups and works with UX on design.
Answer questions from developers and clarifies requirements.
Lead requirements gathering effort on the epics as needed — consulting with product management, implementations, clients, and other stakeholders.
Collaborate with the development team to define, design, accept and adapt features; Ensure each iteration delivers expected result.
Ensure that Agile rituals and practices are followed.
Attend scrum meetings including standups, retrospectives, and demos.
Lead backlog grooming to decompose and estimate stories.
Document the new feature for implementations and release notes.
Write acceptance criteria.
Demonstrate the latest iterations to customers (pre-release) and gathers feedback.
Coordinate communication between development team and stakeholders regarding goals, requirements and business needs.
Managing expectations as needed to maintain positive client relationships and quality delivery.
Estimating work with the team and delivering work within that budget and/or getting additional approval as needed.
Preparing/distributing internal and client-driven project progress reports, documentation, proposals and presentation materials.
