We are looking at hiring people for the role of "Technical Support" for our Office in Iasi location. ​We already have an office out there where in this hiring is a part of new addition to the office.

An ideal match for this opportunity would be a person who has experience in Voice based process in supporting & solving Customer queries with good communication skills in French & English

​This would be a Full time opportnunity where in you would be an employee of HCL and your work location would be Iasi Office.

Roles and responsibility :

  1. This is a voice based role to Provide remote technical support to customers across Europe
  2. Receive direct client contacts (e.g., via phone, video chat, web portal, email), triage, and provide remote client assistance to solve the issue directly if possible within SLAs
  3. Redirect calls to field engineering support if a field support visit is required
  4. Escalate to Escalation Support team as required
  5. Use knowledge base effectively to resolve tickets and also contribute with new articles for knowledge base
Skills:
  • Clear written and oral skills  in Language of French & English
  • Ability to communicate with empathy
  • Strong abilities towards SLA compliance
  • If you have prior experince in similar role for IT software or Hardware products / devices
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving capabilities
  • Decent remote configuration and troubleshooting capabilities
  • Good documentation skills
