Candidatul ideal

  • Ability to communicate at all levels - both verbal and written
  • Good operational excellence – Extensive business knowledge and an understanding of Sales and OTC operations and processes
  • Good customer facing skills – Experience dealing with different customer types/sectors. Able to demonstrate how this has enhanced customer relationships
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong PC skills including Word and Excel for customer communications and spreadsheet reports
  • Process management: Good understanding of process and good diagnosis and problem solving skills
  • Planning & organisational skills: Candidate needs to be methodical in order to manage workload, external and internal requirements and to be able to meet timeframes and customer requirements
  • Good negotiation skills in order to achieve win/win situation with customers
  • Experienced SAP user – extensive knowledge of SAP processes (also legacy)
  • Good commercial awareness and understanding of contracts

  • To act as the first port of call for customers outside of Tier 1 coverage, the VSE will liaise with all functions in support of the account management of end user customer
  • To manage all BAU activities involved in account management including resites, changes to existing contracts – (move, add, change, delete), Query resolution for all T2/3 accounts
  • Proactively manage Additional business opportunities through close links with T2 sales people, in order to support the drive for increased Profitable Revenue streams, including contract modifications.
  • Support contract Renewals, in line with defined business parameters for T2 covered accounts, utilising T2 onshore sales resource as required, including contract modifications
  • Own contract modification process for all customers within defined T3 coverage
  • Support T2/3 Customer review meetings as required, data provision, facilitation of query resolution
  • Act as an escalation point for T2 sales in support of addressing customer queries
  • ​Input into Bid Desk Exec as required, where customer requires response via Tender process
