-BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
-Experience in team management.

[Preferred qualifications]
-Experience in contract discussions, Request for Proposal (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI), and business reviews.
-Demonstrated stakeholder management, coaching, mentoring and leadership abilities.
-Ability to conduct market level analyses to identify opportunities, and develop and execute acquisition strategy.
-Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver, capable of translating analyses and insights into actionable business plans.
-Knowledge of sales, sales management, and the online advertising industry.
-Fluency in English and Romanian.

[The role]

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The External Telesales Operations (ETO) team is currently looking for a Vendor Operations Lead to manage part of our outsourced Small to Medium Business (SMB) acquisitions business in EMEA. You will be responsible for managing the overall performance of vendors, and continuing our effective relationships with the country management and Marketing teams. You will focus on the acquisitions strategy and sales execution in the SMB space, supporting local ETO management, vendor management and Marketing in running a successful AdWords Sales team. You will work closely with the central management teams in Dublin and Mountain View.

-Drive ETO customer acquisitions to meet and exceed goals.
-Implement and maintain a strong business rhythm to support remote management.
-Institute a culture of formal communication, transparency, accountability and constructive criticism.
-Conduct quarterly analyses, deduce actionable business intelligence and formulate improvement plans.
-Coach and develop the vendor management team towards being a self-managed organization.
