We are looking for an organized Travel Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the Docking Department. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating new and effective ways to achieve better results.
Act as the point of contact between the staff and travel agencies/hotels/various departments in the company.
Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner.
Organize and schedule appointments.
Arrange staff travel and accommodations
Preparing and coordinating the process of obtaining visas for company’s employees.
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Computer literacy (MS Office in particular)
Familiarity with office equipment (e.g. printers and fax machines)
Excellent organizational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Professionalism while collaborating with varying hierarchical levels.
