Role: Experienced trainer with a strong focus on simple and effective methods on “how to develop” salespeople, this person ensures the development of the training content in the following dimensions:

	Elaborating the training plan & the main responsible for developing the content behind it, from one off courses to multi-year training programs (both via f2f delivery as well as via online delivery).
	Developing the implementation plan & leads the first training deliveries to ensure proper implementation. This will be done by both occasionally personally delivering trainings as well as delivering recurring train the trainer sessions to train our regional training team.
	Oversees the implementation of such training programs, gathers feedback from all involved (both stakeholders as well as participants) and comes up with improvement actions.
	Coordinates stand-alone projects from sales area that aim to develop salespeople by building engagement and improving daily behaviors.


Responsibilities:
Where the above change initiatives are required, he/she is the go-to training representative for the respective projects/ programs and performs the following tasks:


	Works together with Training Manager, Head of Sales Development and Sales Channel Heads in elaborating the training approach and then cascades this approach by developing the training plan, courses and materials behind them
	Is responsible to align with relevant departments both inside and outside Sales to receive information and gather insights for each course/ program
	Is responsible to implement his training courses and materials into our online application (eLearning) – will receive induction training to be acquainted with our application
	Designs KPIs for success for the training programs, follows-up on them and comes with actions for improvement
	Is in charge with updating and maintaining the training database – from updating training content to centralizing training reports and feedback (from regional trainers, internal clients and stakeholders)
	Defines the training brief together with stakeholders, conducting the selection process for external trainers and is the main responsible with making the induction for those external suppliers as well as checking that external suppliers deliver on the quality standards we agree upon.
	Co-owns the business results of the above initiatives together with the Sales Management functions.


This position has no direct reports, is based in NN Head Office and it’s contract based (PFA or SRL).

Requirements & preferred expertise: 


	University degree
	Experience working in training in financial services (or other services) and coordinating projects/ squads is a plus
	Having sales experience is insurance and/or financial services is a strong plus
	Insurance products and processes knowledge is a plus
	Change management knowledge
	PC knowledge – advanced ( Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
	English language – advanced
