We are looking for an enthusiastic person, willing to start its experience in Learning and Development area.

This Internship position is an excellent opportunity to become part of a great team of Trainers who provides their services to a dynamic IT environment as one of Stefanini ROMANIA.

Type of collaboration: 4 h/day Monday to Friday (flexible schedule), 1 year contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist trainers with organizing training activities;
  • Performs training back-office tasks: archiving documents, printing materials, internal certificates;
  • Manages simple vendor management tasks: keeping the relationship with finance for vendor invoices, following a simple flow of documents internally and with the external providers, etc.;
  • Offers support to trainers to keep the entire training documentation up to date;
  • Ad hoc training related requests.
