* Teach camera presence, communication, and performance techniques
* Offer tips for platform optimization and fan engagement
* Educate on safety, privacy, and content boundaries
* Track progress and provide constructive feedback
* Stay updated on trends and best practices in the webcam space
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in the webcam or adult entertainment industry (modeling or training preferred)
* Strong communication and coaching skills
* Professional, discreet, and respectful attitude
* Ability to work independently and adapt to various skill levels
* Tech-savvy and familiar with major webcam platforms
