Candidate requirements
Degree in business, economics or any other field related to the position;
At least 2 years of similar experience in office management; previous experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage;
At least 2 years of similar experience in tenders;
Very organized with high attention to detail;
Ability to quickly identify and prioritize issues, create solutions and meet deadlines;
Creative mind with initiative spirit and the ability to suggest improvements;
Proficient in use of Microsoft office with speed and accuracy;
Time management skills;
Proactive attitude;
Ability to communicate in an effective, polite, and tactful manner;
Fluent English;

Descrierea jobului

Monitoring the publication of the tenders and identifying tender opportunities in SICAP according to the business portfolio;
Informing the sales and service team about the published tenders;
Keeping up to date the database with the ongoing tenders and submissions/deadlines information or other details related;
Ensuring the sales team is kept up to date with all relevant information, including clarification requests or any updates in the tender process/documentation;
Preparing the standard tender templates and documents;
Monitoring the tender submission process for formatting, completeness, consistency and compliance;
Managing the product catalog on SICAP and assisting the sales and service team in the acquisition process
Preparing the contracts for the signing process, keeping up to date the database with the ongoing contracts/frame agreements.
Administrative and organizational tasks related to the company activity
Networking with other departments in order to meet the common sales and tender goals
Support marketing activities for company scientific events, congresses, symposiums and other in-house or off-site company events
Elaborating different reports on company activity
Management of company documents and archive
Organizing the office layout and ordering stationery and equipment
Schedule meetings, appointments and provide general support to visitors
Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security
Act as a back-up for the invoicing activity when needed.
