Job description
Our new coleague will:
- Present, promote and realize sales of natural dermatocosmetic products by telephone, in pre sales system, B2C;
- Take orders and initiate phone calls to provide information about our natural dermatocosmetic products and sales them thru the phone;
- Introduces and operates information obtained from the customers in the company database (CRM).
- Establish, maintain and develop relationships with all existing clients in their area / country of origin and extends the portfolio of existing clients by our company own and specific methods;
- Provide assistance and advice to clients - Correct and complete information about natural dermatocosmetic products and when needed, builds individualized treatment plans for each client depending on the products ordered and customer needs
- Keep track and will be responsible for achieving the sales plan
-Receive orders and preferences from customers and registers them in CRM in order to be delivered just in time;
- Call regular clients and let them know the special offers made specially for them;
- Follow the commercial and delivery policy of the company according with the specific products that we have

Requirements:
Experience in direct sales or sales by phone for at least 6 months.
Experience in call center activities or sales in the pharma market / natural products market is an advantage;
Good PC operating knowledge (operating CRM systems is an asset).
Pleasant and positive vocal tone / stamp.
Developed memory, information retrieval, organization and planning skills.
Dynamic and flexible temperament.
Positive and proactive attitude, empathy and understanding;
Orientation to customer needs and results;

Descrierea postului
Noul nostru coleg va:
- Prezenta, promova si realiza vanzari de produse naturale dermatocosmetice prin telefon, in sistem presales, B2C;
- Prelua comenzile si va initia apeluri telefonice in vederea furnizarii de informatii in legatura cu produsele dermatocosmetice naturale produse de noi si a vanzarii acestora prin telefon;
- Introduce si opereaza informatiile obtinute de la clienti in baza de date a firmei (CRM).
- Stabili, mentine si dezvolta relatii cu toti clientii existenti de pe zona/tara de origine a acestora si extinde portofoliul de clienti existenti prin metode proprii si specifice firmei;
- Oferi asistenta si consiliere clientilor - informatii corecte si complete despre produsele naturale dermatocosmetice si la nevoie, construieste planuri individualizate de tratament pentru fiecare client in parte in functie de produsele comandate si nevoile clientului
- Urmari si va fi responsabil de atingerea planului de vanzari
-Prelua comenzile si precomenzile de la clienti si le inregistreaza in CRM in vederea livrarii;
- Suna cu regularitate clientii si le aduce la cunostinta ofertele speciale alcatuite pentru acestia;
- Respecta politica comerciala si de livrare a produselor specifice companiei

Cerinte:
Experienta in vanzari directe sau vanzari prin telefon de minimum 6 luni;
Experienta in activitati de call center sau vanzari in piata de pharma/produse naturiste constituie un avantaj;
Bune cunoștințe de operare PC (operare sisteme CRM reprezinta un avantaj).
Ton / timbru vocal agreabil și pozitiv.
Memorie dezvoltata, capacitate de reținere a informațiilor, de organizare și planificare.
Temperament dinamic și flexibil.
Atitudine pozitiva si proactiva, empatie si intelegere;
Orientare catre nevoile clientului si catre rezultate;
