Cunostinte de calculul matematic, unitatile de masura, sa posede cunostinte solide in ceea ce priveste utilizarea instrumentelor de masura (subler, micrometru) si echipementelor de laborator (microscop, echipamente de slefuit etc);
Cunoasterea tehnicilor si metodelor de masurare si control specifice pentru inspectia produselor finiteCunoasterea tehniclor de pregatire probe de testare in laborator.
Descrierea jobului
Realizeaza evaluari metalografice ale probelor;
Interpreteaza rezultatele obtinute.
Inregistreaza rezultatele obtinute in aplicatiile de laborator si fisele tehnologice;
Realizeaza testari mecanice ale epruvetelor pe echipamente specifice de laborator
Realizeaza inspectia produselor in conformitate cu procedurile si cerintele aplicabile
Realizeaza inspectii si evaluari ale pieselor pe fluxul tehnologic efectuan teste specifice (electropolish) conform instructiunilor si planului de control.
Sa respecte si sa execute toate testele cerute si mentionate in fisele tehnologice/ in planurile de testare aferente fiecarui produs;
